What I do
As an Innovation Strategy Manager at EY wavespace, EY's CX practice, I drive sustainable growth and innovation across the Financial Services, Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, and Public Sector verticals. Over the last 4+ years, I have led design strategy projects that enable teams to rapidly align by challenging established processes and introducing customer-focused approaches. By applying human-centered methodologies and frameworks, I help innovative clients' go-to-market strategies by introducing differentiated customer-focused practices and optimizing impact.
Alongside my team, I have designed and delivered 60+ of design thinking workshops and experiences to hundreds of Fortune 500 executives globally. My ability to build trusted relationships allows me to push boundaries and evangelize design strategy across a complex network of stakeholders. Before joining EY, I earned my Master's in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art & Design, where I mastered design thinking methods by working alongside world-renowned designers.
